Various Tool Racks, Tool Holders and Jigs to lend a hand in wood shop organization

This page consist of various jigs, tool holders, tool racks and wood shop helpers that I have made for my shop.

This hose reel holder can be set any place iin the shop on the lower cleats


This is a universal hanger that I use for my wooden clamps


This is a mobile wood rack


Wood is piled on the right side and plywood on the left side


There are heavy duty casters to allow the rack to be moved away from the wall to get to the plywood side



This is a squaring jig used at assembly time for carcass type projects. Use spring clamps in the slots to clamp to side and bottom of cabinet to keep it square.


This is a template for a zero clearance table saw insert.


I screw the template to the blank. The screws are in line with the tabs in the table saw insert cavity for leveling. This gives automatically the location to drill for the 1/4 inch Allen screws used to level the insert to the table saw top.


This is a positive stop I use for my radial arm saw and miter saw. It attaches easily to andy of the three saw benches


The positive stop locks in place with a cam handle. 


This type of stand can be moved anywhere in the shop by just picking it up and sitting it somewhere else on the cleats anchored to the walls.
